Delivery Terms: CIF ASWP.

Price: (contract) on CIF terms: minus $70-100 Singapore plats per m /ton.

Quantity: from 50-100,000  tons/month.

Commission: paid by the Buyer

Origin:non-sanctioned, International documents.

CIF TRANSACTION PROCEDURE

1.  Buyer issues LOI.

2.  Seller issues FCO. Buyer signs FCO and issues ICPO + Company Registration Certificate and Company Profile

3.  Seller issues CI & SPA, Buyer signs and returns to Seller for final endorsement.

4.  Seller executes CI and SPA and returns finalized copy to Buyer.

5.  Buyer issues Bank Instrument (MT799 Blocked funds or SBLC MT760 or DLC MT700) as per agreed verbiage and within 7 days of signing the contract, to Seller designated bank and forward a copy to seller.

DLC MT700 accepted only for 12 months contract. PB 2% issued only for DLC or SBLC valid for whole 12 months duration of contract.

5.  Upon verification and confirmation of the instrument Seller issues following pop documents to buyer.

• Copy of the Q&Q Report done at the loading port.

• Copy of the port storage agreement

• Copy of Vessel Questionnaire Q88

• Cargo Manifest

• Copy of Bill of Lading.

• Copy of Authorization to Sell and Collect

• Dip Test Authorization.

• Authorization to Verify.

• Authorization to Board

• ETA

6.  Upon arrival of the vessel at destination port, buyer conduct dip test in seller vessel within 24hrs of vessel’s arrival.

7.  Within 2 days after successful Q&Q inspection Buyer pays 100% of the cargo value via MT103 / Telegraphic Transfer. Upon confirmation of receipt of funds in Seller’s designated account. Buyers lifts the product.

8. Contract shipment continues as per agreed schedule
